My sister is having some problems connecting to the Canon Laser Printer at the University she teaches at.
She has access to the printer directly via USB.
She has done
System Prefs->Print and Fax->Set up Printers->Add->Pull Down Menu->USB
and the printer will not show up on the list of usable printers.
She is the only one that would be using the printer at the time.
"New Driver Not Installed"
Anything we can do?
