Does anyone know if the Dell A940 All-in-one could be made compatible with OS X? The Dell multifuntions/printers are just rebadged Lexmarks so can the Lexmark drivers be used for the Dell?

Yuck, why would you want to? Both Lexmark AND Dell suck.
