I lucked out and scored a new 40GB iPod in a lucky draw and am wondering the easiest way to get a playlist from my old iPod.
I have the music all transferred over, but not the playlists.
What I want to do is transfer the playlist from my old iPod to iTunes, then transfer that to the new iPod.
Is this workable? How? I have podutil but it doesn't seem to have the feature I need, but is there any other apps that might do it? I have about 24GB of music so it's a sizeable number of playlists.

PodUtil should do it, if you've enabled it in the preferences.

iPodRip does it well, too... I've done it several times.

Thanks, just saw that in podutil and am doing it now. Trashed the music in the iTunes and am re-adding it now. Cheers.
