Its my second day at work and I found a PowerMac that wasn't being used that I could set up as my desk machine. I plugged in a Logitech MouseMan optical dual sensor that was sitting here, and while it worked out of the box, I had dragging problems.
So I installed the Logitech Control Center. I figured that would solve the problem but it hasn't. The control center doesn't let me do much about dragging, since it just lets me configure what each button does.
My problem is that when I try and drag something with the Logitech mouse it usually doesn't drag. Instead it appears that I am clicking extremely fast in the entire path of where I attempt to drag. This creates a big mess. Does anyone know what causes this problem? I couldn't find a specific driver for it on Logitech's site (they didn't show it on the drivers page) so I just installed the control center. Thanks.
