Hey guys. I spen't all my money on my G5, and didn't have enough $$ for a good display. After doing some searching, I came accross the NU QL-711V 17" LCD Display for $280 at NewEgg.com.
The pictures showed that it was the same silver as the G5's and Aluminum PowerBooks. Also, the front has the same cheese grid style as the G5. It is a 1280x1024, 500:1, 16ms display. These numbers were impressive, and the reviews posted on NewEgg were very positive, dispite the fact that it's only VGA.
Well I got it in 2 days from NewEgg, and I have to say this monitor is amazing. I have never seen a VGA LCD be so sharp, and the color reproduction is amazing. Also, this display perectly matches my G5. It is a real eye cather. I would HIGHLY recommened this display to anyone who needs a real nice, cheap, and good looking Mac monitor.
