does anyone know where i can get these?

they have a light or rim of light around the tips of them where they plug into the ports (looks like the light that the PB and iBook have around the power adapting piece that plugs into the computer0

Belkin make these.. Illuminated at both ends. I got a couple of blue ones.
The worst thing about having a failing memory is..... no, it's gone.

I like them, they are quite bright too. As for where I got them, well it was a store here in England, so thats not much use to you. And I notice they cost at least 3 times as much here as they do there in the US! Grrhrrmph..

I bought mine for $4.99 each from MacMall, and I'm very pleased. Look for part number 401373.

Bear in mind that they might not work on a scanner (a lot of 3rd-party USB cable don't anyway).

thanks for all the repies

just to let everyone know, i bought a gft blue lcd usb a/b male cord from buy.com for $4.99 with free shipping (along with my iCurve and D-Link usb hub) i am buying the cable for my hp all in one printer, will the cord still work? if not ill just swop it out with another cord.

It depends. Did your all-in-one have a USB cable with ferrites on it?

Hey just to let you know, they also have Firewire ones as well. Now, if only they pulsed when data was sent through them.
