Hi,

Besides my 12" Powerbook, I have a g5 and a 20" original cinema display.

I have been using a black apple pro keyboard for a while and I like how it matches my setup.

I just got a nice deal on a new apple bluetooth keyboard and mouse (which I will definitely sell since I like 2 buttons). But I'm not too sure how much I like the white keyboard. Since I have never seen a black bluetooth keyboard I was wondering if it would be possible to take the keys off of my black apple pro keyboard and swap it with the white keys of the bluetooth keyboard.

I wanted to get your opinions before I started possibly messing up two perfectly working keyboards.

Thanks!!

I wouldn't imagine it to be a problem - however you may get stuck because a few keys on the newer keyboards are a different shape - note the new keyboards have 16 F key's, not 15 - also they Escape key is bigger. There may be other small nuances. Even if they do all fit though, you will still have a white F16 key!

You'd achieve better results by coloring each key using vinyl dye. The keys are not the same shape on top, and they may not be on the bottom either.
