If I'm not mistaken, Apple made a limited run of Black 3G iPods for a promotion with Jaguar. Why not a 4G promo?

ColorWare has been selling black (and other color) iPods for quite some time now.
The photos of 3G iPods that people thought were black were not: they were regular white ones in silhouette.

It's a rumor until officially announced by Apple.
