I've done searches, and I've dealt with this problem before, but I'm just very confused right now...

I've had a problem with my schedule on my T637 being off by five hours, and somehow that got resolved. I also had a problem with it being off by an hour, but somehow that got resolved.

Now, though, the Wintertime settings have kicked in, and my phone's appointments are ahead by an hour. The time on the phone is correct, but the appointment times are not.

Help!

Did you just change the time manually or did you say -1hour wintertime on the phone?

what firmware is it? I'm on the AT&T firmware and it doesn't happen on me. Did you set the "auto time zone"?

i have been experiencing this intermittently with my cingular t637 as well. toggling the time zone support in iCal seems to have done the trick for the moment.

Time Zone support is on in iCal, and Auto Time Zone is on the phone. It automatically changed the phone's time for me, but my damn appointments are one hour *ahead*...

On my phone, it doesn't say "1h Wintertime"...just "Wintertime." The other options are "1h Summertime" and "2h Summertime."

My current time zone is set to GMT -8.00H...I'm assuming that this is correct for California?

Blah, I'm very frustrated...

Help! My appointments are crucial, and my alarms won't go off at the right times...

This is urgent!

Hehe...this is really bad for me. All my appointments and reminders are synchronized to my phone, and the reminders being an hour off is bad.

hey tavilach - i know this is a little old, but i was having the same problem and finally got ical to sync up at the proper times. so if you or anyone is still having problems, here's what i did.

on t637
settings > master reset > reset settings
settings > time and date > advanced > time zone > gmt -8 (for cali)
settings > time and date > set time > (set the clock to 1 hour earlier than what it really is)
settings > time and date > advanced > daylight savings > 1h summertime (sets clock to right time)
settings > time and date > advanced > auto time zone > on

on ical
preferences > advanced > turn on time zone support

hope this helps, it was really pissing me off that i couldn't get this work...
