I'm having trouble syncing my Palm. I'm running 10.3.6 and the latest version of Palm Desktop (4.2.1?). When I press the hot sync button, I get "Unknown Error 16385" . Has anyone else had problems like this? Does anyone know of a work around?

palm syncing is the worst...
but workable.
i got it working with isync (and the palm conduit file...apple support...sorry, dont have the link)

you may need to download & reinstall palm desktop.
before you do anything:
make a backup of your palm folder in your documents folder!!

just curious, do you sync the palm through firewire or USB? the new 10.3.6 is having the firewire issues with ipod. If you sync through firewire, unplug any other firewire device and try to sync it again.
at least that's how it works on ipod at this moment.
