I request for ipod repair and they sent me a box to put my ipod so I can shipped my ipod to them. The box arrive in 1 day. So I sent my ipod back and they still don't have it yet. Its been five days and I check my ipod repair status and it keep saying dispatch item. I wonder who to call?

You should be able to track the shipping through tracking number online. I believe that Apple uses DHL (Airbourne) as shipping company.

I remember in my experience of repairing PowerBook that it did take for a while before Apple updates the repair status.

So did you call Apple and ask what's going on ?

The problem is I live at Alaska and we only uses P.O Box.
