My friend won't listen, and wants to get a NOMAD because its 40 GB and its cheap and the ipod is 'way too expensive'. I know all the arguments but he just won't listen. So I'm wondering if iTunes still works with all the other MP3 players the way it think i remember it used to back before the iPod.

Also, keep in mind that the nomad won't play songs bought from itunes music store.
