Did anyone had problems or deal with Airborne Express?

	I had my ipod shipped to apple for repair. It's been 4 weeks now and apple still hadn't receive my ipod. I called Airborne express to ask whats the delay and they couldn't give me any reason. They didnt even know whats the cause of the delay. One time I called them, they said its on seattle now and then when I called again its on sacramento. After a week I check the repair status of my ipod in apple website and they cancel my request! Did anyone had this problem? If my ipod get lost will they replace it?
