iPod Photo 40 gig acting strange

	I just got an iPod Photo last night and it is acting strange compared to my older 20 gig. When I press the >>\| button after a song has played 2 or 3 seconds it starts that same track over from the beginning (as if I were pressing \|<<). Is there some sort of intro function on this thing that I can't track down in prefs? Any advice is welcome. Thanks!
