I want to be able to shuttle files between a PC and my Mac using a USB2 hard drive. Is this possible? I assume I have to format the drive for Windows but then will the Mac even recognize it?

Any recommendations on a good reasonable enclosure. I've had nothing but bad enclosures from ADS and Other World Computer Branded so trying to avoid those.

UPDATE
Found this MacAlly enclosure on NewEgg from another post and a reviewer said he formatted it in FAT32 and the Mac recognizes it. Does this work for anyone else? Has anyone here have a MacAlly enclosure?
