20" 1.8 iMac
Belkin USB 2.0 Hub (Keyboard, MX1000, Canon Printer and Scanner plugged into it, Powermate plugged into the keyboard)

When waking from sleep occasionally the system will freeze. After a hard reboot there will be no response from the mouse, keyboard, and the powermate has no light...unplugging the hub from the usb port and plugging it back in and everything comes back to life.

Defective hub?

Latest OS version?

There was some Mac OS X revision at some point which had problems with certain USB hubs.
