It's on their website, they have started advertising the mini, photo and U2 and some iPod accessories, but not the standard 20 and 40 gig white iPods. This seems strange, why wouldn't they sell the standard models?

I don't want to stir things up here, but maybe the standard model is dying off, to be replaced by a bigger drive mini from below, and a 20 gig photo from above in the range, with Special Editions being standard iPods in different cases. Yes I know this is just the stock of one chain of stores in the UK and it probably means **** all to iPods in the big scheme of things, but hey, January is coming, MWSF is coming, stranger things have happened.

Because that's their iPod "bundles" page. Do a quick search of the site for "iPod" and the first hit is the regular iPod.

Whooptiedoo... the iPod has been a hot holiday item, why should it be even remotely surprising that it's out of stock?!?
