Just wondering..does such a thing exist? I would think this would be great for those interested in classical music...they could get garageband and the new jam pack 4 for orchestral arrangements and really take advantage of the new grand piano that they put in there...

most of the 88-key master keyboards have piano keys - weighted and with nice mechanics.

This means that they are NOT CHEAP.

Looking around, they start at about €500 ($600 excl. tax) new.

As with everything, in weighted keyboards, you get what you pay for.

If you want something pretty decent, the Yamaha KX-88 or Doepfer LMK-2 go for around €900 or so.

That one's "semi-weighted", which means it's a synth keyboard, NOT a piano-like keyboard.

The second one is $600, so you're back in the price range I mentioned above.
