Hi, all.

I have both a LaserJet 1160 B&W printer and a Brother P-Touch 2600. I really don't like having to change the selected printer during the print dialog, nor do I like having to alter the Page Setup to format the document for either one. This frustration arises from the fact that I only want to use the P-Touch with the P-Touch software, and the LaserJet for absolutely everything else.

Is there perhaps a way to make these steps unnecessary? Can I set a particular application to always use a certain printer and a certain page setup? Maybe via AppleScript?

OS X 10.3.7

[Edit: Maybe it has something do with the presets? But the presets dialog within Print Setup or the Print Dialog is not standardized. Weird.]
