I have a Cube with OS X 10.3.7 and after the computer wakes from sleep, the iMic sound does not work. The audio icon in the menu bar often says it's active, but iTunes won't play anything and system sounds don't work either.

Also, it is not always seen at bootup.

Everything usually comes back to life fine if I unplug and replug in the iMic but that's a pain obviously.

Is there a way around these issues?

EDIT: I think I found the problem.

It doesn't like my Bytecc hub.

It works fine after sleep if plugged into my Apple keyboard, or if plugged into a Macally hub.
