pre-paid cell phones and isync?

	hey all... I need to get a new cell phone. I'd like one that works with iSync. However, I barely use the phone. So, I'd love to get a pre-paid service, and the cheapest service possible. Do any pre-paid services use phones that can iSync? What's the deal with these pre=paid minutes you can buy off ebay? Any other info is greatly appreciated....I live in NYC, of that makes a difference. thanks - matt
