Anyone know of a way to use a 3rd party BT driver to run the Apple built-in Bluetooth? (and/or what 3rd party drivers exist)?

Having trouble with a 3rd party device and while I feel like the fault is with that device (other users having troubles with the device and other non-Apple computers), I figure the odds of the device (a Dell Axim x50v) getting fixed are 50/50 at best (Dell tech support has ackowledged the problem, but when asked the next logical question about if/when it will get fixed, the answers cease).

So I thought I'd do some investigating on the side where I have more control.. on my Mac.

Thanks!
Mike

I'm not aware of any third-party Bluetooth drivers for the Mac. All the Bluetooth dongles that work on the Mac use Apple's drivers.
