I've got an ATI 9200 running 2 monitors now, but I'm looking to add a third. I had an old PCI card working in Jaguar, but when I upgraded to Panther the card stopped working. Can someone recommend a cheap PCI card that will work with Panther (and future releases). I don't need any kind of serious powere since it will just be for displaying Plugins while I'm working with Protools.

I've got a Dual 533 G4 (digital Audio) running 10.3.4

Just go with a second 9200. Should be future proof, for a while.

Do I need the "Mac edition" (since they slap an extra $30)?

There are SO many cheap Windows compatible cards out there. Would one of those work, or do I need Mac Drivers.

Windows cards require "flashing" a Mac ROM Code onto the chip - not easy for someone that's never done it - not hard for the "hobbiest" - my forum has the answers
