Hi all,

did a search and couldn't find the ansa (thank you to the 1st person who points me to a previous thread with the correct ansa though).

I am using 10.3.7, have an Epson color 740 printer + Airport Extreme... I have never had this problem before. Haven't printed for a while... but tonight when I tried to use it, it just 'hung' - so I deleted the jobs and started again. No joy.

So, trashed and reinstalled the drivers for the Epson... now the printer utility will not recognise or even 'see' my printer. It is plugged into the usb port of Airport, power is on etc etc... The printer and airport have not been moved... all connections have been checked and are good. This is weird.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance...

Are you running the latest AE ROM driver?

Also, the cost to fill that junky Epson 740 once you could get a newer better Canon printer that comes with full ink tanks.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"

I just started having the same problem with a Color 880. I can print with the 880 connected to the base station, but the Epson Printer Utility cannot see the printer even when directly connected to the printer via USB.

So far I haven't had any luck finding an answer, so I will continue monitoring this thread.
