I did a lot of looking into this recently. The one headset that stood out from the rest in terms of ease of use and quality is the Jabra BT250. I grabbed one new off an Amazon seller for approx $65 including shipping, which also makes it a great price. Recommended buy.

I have the sony hbh-660, works a treat for skype and everything else.
