So after a rowdy Saturday evening last week, I lost my phone by Sunday morning.
Two days without the phone sucked, and I thought I'd have to enter all my info manually into my new phone. I wasn't sure if BitPim would download all my contacts to the phone - but it did. nice one!
Since I have a full-tilt 2000 minute plan with unlimited everything pretty much, I wanted a good phone and without insurance on the previous phone (Sanyo 8100), I'd have to buy full price. Luckily, I had the previous phone for 18 months and qualified for a $150 mail-in rebate on the new phone. Sweet.
I got the Sanyo MM 7400, and I dig it. I'm waiting on a black faceplate for it. It's not the smallest phone on the planet, but it's not huge or bulky. It's got a semi-ruggedized design that should make it real tough, as my old Sanyo 8100 was tough as nails and had no protection or rubberized anything. Here's the specs---
Phonescoop, Sanyo MM 7400
and a few pics I snapped..
