Hi-
I expect soon be the owner of a 15" bluetooth enabled Powerbook. An external mouse or preferably a trackball would appeal to me.

The wireless trackballs I have seen are "wireless" and I presume they talk to the airport card on the Powerbook.

Are there advantages or disadvantages to wirless as opposed to Bluetooth mice and trackballs?

I may do some gaming with my Powerbook and its trackball. Do I need a "wired" version in order to assure optimum and speedy response times?

Thanks
