I have a 17" Apple LCD Studio Display. It's got a great picture and has served me well. (I paid $999 when it came out years ago). It was originally used on my G4 Cube and is currently deployed with my G5 PowerMac.
Now that Apple is dropping ADC support I have a question:
What's the better option?
- Sell it on e-bay and use the proceeds to purchase a more modern DVI monitor.
- Spend $99 and purchase a DVI to ADC adapter thus "future proofing" this monitor with a more standard interface.
Any thoughts?

A quick check there shows them going for >$350. Add the $100 that you would spend for the ADC-DVI adapter and you're really close to the price of the Dell 20" widescreen if you shop right (around $500)
I didn't realize that the Dell 20" were going for that cheap now. WOW.
I like the Apple monitors, but for 1/2 the price I think I can deal with Dell. Assuming that their quality is up to par ...
