Yes, but you'll need a graphics card that supports dual-link DVI (not two DVI ports; at least one "dual-link" DVI port, to support the very high resolutions).

Most of these are high-end workstation cards; like the Nvidia Quadro FX 3400, or ATI Fire GL X3, which cost around $1000. I think there are now a few consumer-level cards for the PC with dual-link DVI... can anyone name one?
