Stupid question about Apple displays & KVM

	The wife says I can get a new display, provided the current Lacie 22" goes. Debating the new Apple 20" which I think will be fine. Will this display work with my KVM switch and my PC? Will I be able to see anything if I plug an OS 9 machine up to it? According to Apple's site, the display is "OS X only" -- what does this mean? Are the resolutions only available to OS X? Should I opt instead for an HP, which was incidentally given a higher mark than Apple's in a recent Macworld? Thanks in advance!
