why is the 23" HD and the 20" not? What are the differences between these two displays besides the size?

There are two concurrent formats of HD (High Definition). The greatest of which is 1080i which specs at 1920 x 1080 pixels. The 23" HD, at 1920 x 1200 can display this, the 20" , at 1600 x 1050 cannot.
