Are people having problems with their third party mice? I was thinking of getting one, but i've seen som reports of mice causing havoc.

General comments for 3rd party mice owners.....does your mouse work? What type do you have?

Do you really need all the extra fancy buttons? If all you need are two buttons plus scrollwheel (and scrollwheel click) then just get a Logitech MX-300 or something like that. It works completely out of the box, no drivers, no preference panes, no configuration. Just perfect.

I'm sure all mice per se work fine with Tiger. But I could imagine some 3rd-party drivers that enable extra features might need updating for Tiger.

with expose and dashboard, all those extra fancy buttons can be fun, if configured correctly..

I've found that the Logitech Control Center for my MX500 Mouse sucks worse than the USB Overdrive drivers that I had under Panther.

Is there a USB Overdrive driver compatible with Tiger? duno
