Can I use Mac to record Bluetooth phone conversation?

Would it be possible to record a phone call made on a bluetooth phone (say, the Sony Ericsson K700) from my Mac? Does anyone know how to do this or what apps would be needed? Can the Bluetooth phone be used as a sound input device?
