Hello
Im very confused on patches and firmware for the Pioneer 109 in OS 10.3.9 not Tiger.

Patchburn is here:

http://www.patchburn.de/index.html

the purpose of the 'patch' is so 10.3.9 will recognize the drive, then I can see what firmware is in the deive. it also does something with region codes?

then the firmware updates, either from pioneer or 3d party hacks is to allow the drive to use faster media?

is that it? ref to other patches or firmware, hopefully mac or maybe with VPC?

thanks its the Tiger issues that have me very confused.
