Can i buy a cinema display in the US and use in europe? Is there anything that needs to be taken in mind?

Watch out for the voltage difference. My ACD power brick says : Input AC 100-240V / 50-60Hz, so you shouldn't have any problems. I'd ask at the Apple Store just to be safe, don't know what the US power bricks say. Other than that nothing should stop you from using the ACD in europe.

stuffing feathers up your b*tt doesn't make you a chicken.
