That is the question. Is it worth the considerable cost difference ($600) for 3 inches and higher resolution. Okay - I realize that in some considerations 3 inches can make a huge difference, but I'm talking about Apple's 20 and 23 inch displays. I don't own a HD camera (and don't plan to), don't watch HD television. Is it so stunningly more brilliant that that the 20" looks shabby next to it?

Do you really need it? How happy will you be with a bigger screen?

Only you can answer these questions.

Personally, I don't even need a 20" screen, but if I'm making the income and can afford it, I'd get a 30".
