I couldn't find anything on this so I hope someone could help. This concerns the airport express in our living room which is currently used to extend our wireless network and stream music via iTunes using the audio out option on the airport express.

Would it be possible to connect an ethernet hub to the ethernet port on the airport express to connect to both a TiVo (For network access), possibly an XBox or PlaystationII), and a ethernet network printer??? Yet still maintaining the ability to act as a wireless network extender? Everything would be filled on that airport express except the USB port which in the end could be used too (who knows!)

Any ideas?

Thanks everyone,
Mike

I'm not sure how the ethernet port works when its joined onto another network, but why don't you try it with just one unit jacked into the ethernet port and see if you get an IP?

This is how I have it working right now for my TiVo. I don't see any reason a hub wouldn't work.

Subego, So your Tivo is getting a connection PLUS the airport express is extending your wireless network simultaneously? I can't really test it here as I don't have enough things to plug in at the moment to test both at the same time. If this is how you have it set up and it works, I think I need to get one of those USB to Ethernet adapters for the Tivo, get a hub so I can hook up a network laser up to it too...
