How long is the cord on an Apple wired mouse?

Is it worth is to buy a BT mouse and have the 1.1 module installed in an iBook or just go with the wired mouse?

I don't know exactly how long it is, but it's too short to make it from my keyboard tray to the back of my G5. However, USB cable extenders are pretty cheap. I stole one from my Powermate and just moved the powermate closer to the tower. On the other hand, Bluetooth is a handy thing to have, and since you can't install it internally later, it might be best to go ahead and get the iBook with built-in Bluetooth.

Oh, and I believe the plural is "mouses" when dealing with peripherals

Mice is also acceptable, and is far more common.

The peripheral can be pluralized either way; the actual animal can only be pluralized as "mice".
