I have an Infenion 128MB SDRAM, 16M x 64, 133MHz, CL3 RAM chip and I was wondering about this

HYS64V16300GU-7.5-C2

Can anyone break it down for me? I figured out that "64V16" is the 16M x 64 part...but what about 300GU? I want to make sure that another Infineon chip that has all the same specs but it says 220GU will be just as compatible. Thanks!

I don't think it's a very important thing to be concerned about. I can't find anything online indicating what this gu rating is. If you're concerned about compatibility just match the major specs.
