hi

I am trying to use my speedtouch usb 330 modem with my powermac g3 blue & white (g4 upgrade)

When I open the modem diagnostics program it quits saying 'could not open login file'

any ideas what the problem could be?

I am running 10.3 - (didn't have problems using modem on ibook running 10.3)
