Hey all - in the constant quest to silence my Dual 1 Ghz MDD, I'm looking for a fanless video card, and I see the Radeon 9000 Pro Mac Edition with 128MB of VRAM has no fan.

How will this card compare to the 64MB Geforce 4Ti in my machine now?

I'm not a super-serious gamer, just World of Warcraft and the occasional first-person shooter (Medal of Honor, Wolfenstein, etc.)

Is this card at least equal to the one I have now? I see it has twice the VRAM, but one never knows, and I can't find a good head-to-head comparison online.

Thanks in advance.

Slower, a 9600XT would be more up your alley [faster than a 4ti] if you can find one.

These cards go from $60 to $120ish.
