I did a search but was wondering what you thought the best keyboard would be from a stand point of RSI and Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.

I currently use an apple keyboard but my hand is starting to hurt. so much in fact i am now wearing a brace for a few days to see if it solves the problem.

one thing i noticed about the apple keyboard is that its pretty high profile wise which can not be good for my wrist as i am lifting it up more than i should. Also, i have noticed that i am starting to type "V"s instead of "command paste" and though this could be a sympton of my wrist failing.

i looked at this low profile keyobard:

http://www.macally.com/spec/usb/inpu...keyboards.html

and was wondering if one of the benefits of a low profile keyboard would be the wrist not having to be lifted as high.

thoughts?

It's actually worse. The keyboard will be much softer and thus less ergonomic. Check out Microsoft's Natural Keyboard to see more ergonomic shapes of keyboards (Apple once made an ergonomic keyboard).
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

I like my ergonomic keyboard. It was two dollars on eBay.
