Hey everyone,
When side scrolling is activated, my Mighty Mouse has been causing a couple of problems. The first is that in Firefox it activates the forward and back buttons. The side scrolling appears to be so sensitive that in the process of quick vertical scrolling, it nearly always experiences a little of side scrolling. As a result, I had to just switch of the feature because it was getting quite annoying. I can't find any way to disable this in Firefox. The second problem, is that it appears that whenever side scrolling is enabled, applications (AIM in particular) have been shutting off. I get a little popup message with something like "The application AIM shut down unexpectedly. Press restart to launch the application." Any ideas? I'd like to have the side scrolling feature enabled, but these issues get pretty annoying.

Thanks,
Ari

Here's the fix to make FireFox ignore side-scrolling, so you can still use it in other apps. http://www.macosxhints.com/article.p...40617000005758
