my dvd burner for my pc doesn't want to burn any more disks, so I went to NEC's support pages to see if I could get them to replace it. After spending way too much time trying to work through their online support system and not getting any results I tried to find an email address to just tell them what's going on, but I couldn't even find any contact info.
Has anyone dealt with their support service before? the drive was oem so it didn't come with any documentation. I've just been looking through their web site trying to figure out what to do.
