Does anyone know how to scan multiple pages into one single PDF or TIFF file?
I have HP 5510 all-in-one printer which comes with a document feeder. Documents scanned could show up in Acrobat Reader - but every page as a separate PDF file.
If I scan to TIFF, it could show up in Preview, but still I can only save as 1 page per file and can't seem to be able to find out how to save them all into one document.
Does anyone know how to do this?
Many thanks.

If you have Acrobat (the full version, either Standard or Pro) you can do this. Create a PDF (image capture), scan in each page until done.

Thanks Macola.
Any chance that this be done without Acrobat?
I thought this is something really basic that I should be able to do without purchasing anything additional, as the scanner comes with an document feeder...

i just released that you can do that with the HP software for Mac OS X that comes with it, but you'll have to choose "scan picture", rather than "scan document" or access the scan function through the panel on the machine.
I don't know why they designed it in such a way...

Check out PDFCombine. It's on VersionTracker. Maybe this will help. I haven't used it but looks like it might be what you are looking for.
