I want to add a USB 2.0 PCI card to my G5, but I've read that many cards that are "mac compatible" don't allow the G5 to sleep properly. Does anyone know of a card that will allow the the G5 to sleep properly?

I'd be willing to try a USB/FireWire combo card if those work better than plain USB 2.0 cards.

I'm running 10.4.2 on my G5 if that makes a difference.

I think a better idea would be a hub as all of the cards I have seen don't let your Mac go to sleep fully.

I was hoping to avoid a hub b/c it would probably need another power cable.

That sounds like a lesser evil to me.
