Has anyone used this arm before?
Inland U-Mount LCD Arm 200
I have an Apple 20" and a generic 15" on my desk and I'm thinking about getting two of these so I can stick it on there and have my screens be adjustable, and be able to use even more of my desk for stuff.

Please feel free to share any VESA arm experience you have. I find it very hard to get a clear idea of how these arms work from single photos. Like, with the one I linked to, how are the pivots restrained? Could you used them upside down? My desk has a shelf and attaching them from the bottom of the shelf would be even better than sticking them to the surface of the desk!
