Just so you can all see how insane this is, I am not goiing to edit this to fix anything up.

I was in thhe markket ffor a new keyboard, and saw Amazon had the Kensington Wireless Optical Desktop on for an awesome price. I was really intrigued by tthe charger built into the receiver, since I use my computer for work and having to always worry about rrecharging batteriess would be a pain.

It just came today, but there is a newfound and quite unexpected pain. The keys seem to always like to do double hits.. I tried messing with the keyboard prefs, but none of the avvailable settings seemed to have any effect, which makes sense aas it does not seem to be a repeating issue, but when I hitt a key once, sometimess it thinks I hit it twice? WTF?

Anyone know how to solve tthis or some way to get it to avoid doing this? I am a programmer and there is no way I can woork like this.

Do you think interference coulld be causing this? I ttried looking around at different reviews, buut nobody mentions this problem. In a maccworld wwirrelless keyboard roundup, they voted this one the best of the bunch, but noted that it was "very prone to interference"

Is it possible interference could make the receiver think I hit a key twice insteadd of just oonce?
