My wife has a canon CP-200 printer she wants to use with my iBook. The printer prints fine the problem is OS X thinks it's printing 8x11 and the printer only prints 4x6. I spent a long time trying to get a new default page size but I can't figure it out. I've installed the Canon drivers and they don't have anything for that either. Bottom line: I need to change the default page size for my CP-200 to 4x6 so that it'll be recognized in iPhoto/other apps. Thanks.

(mods: if this belongs in the OS X forum please move)
