Mac with K-Jam Bluetooth modem

Before I begin I would like to say that all of my MAC settings, with the exception of the Modem Script are correct. I have used my Nokia 6230 as a Bluetooth Modem for over ONE year now, so the Computer's setup IS correct for sure.

Now on to the GOOD/BAD stuff.

Can Someone Please come up with a way to make this Connection work? Please I have tried / done the following but with my limited skills on Mac and on my K-Jam I have stumbled into a Road Block:

I can get a bluetooth connection after creating an 'INCOMING' and 'OUTGOING' SERIAL PORT on the K-Jam.
Then on the MAC I set the modem script to be HAYES 56k, but any/all of the 'Hayes' modem scripts do the same thing.

It goes through 'Establishing Connection' on the MAC, but then fails after maybe 60-90 seconds and says 'Could Not Negotiate PPP connection', even though I have turned off all the compression Check Boxes and everything on the MAC.

I think what is needed is a Modem Script for mac maybe even just an edited Hayes Modem Script w/ the correct initialization string, at+cgdcont=1,”IP”,”<APN>” that I got from:Guidelines_for_using_i-mate_K-JAM_as_a_Bluetooth_Modem.pdf on www.clubimate.com...

I tried it myself but no luck!

If anyone else can make a modem script with that initialization string i think were in luck!

THANKS IN ADVANCE,
drakmog
